By accessing or using RELYF ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

RELYF is a migraine tracking and management application that helps users:

  • Log and track migraine episodes
  • Identify potential triggers and patterns
  • Generate reports for healthcare providers
  • Access insights and analytics about their migraines

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: RELYF is a tracking tool and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App:

  • Does not provide medical advice
  • Should not be used for medical emergencies
  • Does not replace consultations with qualified healthcare providers
  • Makes no guarantees about health outcomes

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in RELYF.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

To use certain features of RELYF, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use RELYF. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Plans

RELYF offers multiple subscription plans (Standard, Unlimited, Family). Pricing and features are displayed on our website.

5.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Harass or harm other users
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Use the App to spam or distribute unsolicited communications

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RELYF (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by RELYF and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Data and Privacy

Your use of RELYF is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to the health data you input into RELYF. We do not claim ownership of your personal migraine tracking data.

9. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate pattern recognition and insights, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analytics or recommendations. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee:

  • The App will be available at all times
  • The App will be error-free
  • Defects will be corrected immediately

We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance or other reasons with or without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • RELYF is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for any health outcomes or medical decisions based on the App

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RELYF and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RELYF regarding the use of the App.
